Corporate seminar rates: our grid, in the open
Of the twelve seminar venues listed in the Tarn, not one publishes a price. You have to call, explain your project, wait for a quotation — and sometimes discover the place was out of budget from the start. We do the opposite: here is the grid, in full, with no form to fill in.

What the rate includes
- The whole estate, hired privately. Never two groups at once. 30 hectares, of which 22 are woodland with paths, a private lake, grounds and a swimming pool.
- 305 m² of indoor space: a 60 m² meeting room, a 140 m² flexible room, a 55 m² sitting room with an open fire, a 50 m² dining room.
- 18 beds in 8 bedrooms, all with their own shower room. Bed and bath linen provided.
- All utilities: heating, firewood, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, flipchart, free parking, end-of-stay cleaning included.
What you need to add
Catering. It is not included, and that is deliberate. The kitchen is professional — induction hob, oven, dishwasher, two fridges, two freezers — which leaves you three routes: a partner caterer, a private chef for the length of the stay, or the team organising itself. Budget €55 to €100 per person per day for catering in this region, appreciably less if you cook.
That freedom is an economic choice as much as a comfort one: on a three-day seminar, catering commonly accounts for 20 to 30 % of the total budget, and self-catering avoids a surcharge for every dietary requirement.
A security deposit of €700 is left on arrival and returned on departure. It rises to €1,500 for stays of more than 14 nights.
The options we arrange
These are options: tell us at the time of booking which ones you would like and we will price them in your quote.
- A caterer or private chef — yours. The professional kitchen lets a supplier work on site from breakfast to dinner. We take no commission and impose no board: that is what lets you control the catering line, 20 to 30 % of a seminar budget.
- An introduction to local caterers and producers, with their price ranges, if you would rather not go looking.
- The rooms configured before you arrive — U-shape, islands, theatre, circle. Send the plan, you walk in and start.
- Projector and screen, on request — mention it at booking and the room is set up when you arrive.
- An arrival basket: the shopping for the first dinner and breakfast done before the team gets here.
- Transfers from Castres station or Toulouse-Blagnac airport, on request.
- Arrival the evening before, on the formats without an overnight stay, so the team starts at 9 am without having driven at 7.
- Capacity extended to 33 people by also booking Le Verger de l’Espargne, our second house 3 km away.
- Quotation, hire agreement and company invoicing — the paperwork is ready, your procurement team will not get stuck on it.
A facilitator, a coach, a hiking guide in the Sidobre, a wine tasting at Gaillac: tell us what you need. We don’t sell off-the-shelf activities — that is a profession of its own, and your event deserves better than a standard package — but we know the people locally.
Where we sit against the market
For a private estate taking 10 to 18 people on a self-catering basis in south-west France, the market sits between €1,200 and €2,200 a night. Our two-night format at €3,200 works out at €1,600 a night: inside the range, with 30 hectares and 305 m² of rooms that most venues in this bracket do not have.
Per participant, a two-night seminar for 16 people comes to €200 per person for accommodation and meeting space. Compare that with a hotel room plus a meeting room hire — without the exclusivity or the estate.
And out of season
From November to April availability is wide and longer stays become particularly good value. This is the season for workations and for planning offsites: the house is heated, the sitting room has an open fire, and the team has the estate to itself. July and August are kept primarily for longer stays: please ask.
