Nature team building in the Tarn
Most team building venues sell you a package: the activities, the facilitator, the schedule, all bundled. We sell you the opposite — 30 private hectares and complete freedom over what you do with them. No activity is imposed, no programme is bundled in, and we take no commission on anyone you bring.
The ground you are working with
- 22 hectares of private woodland threaded with paths — orienteering, walking sessions, a treasure hunt, or simply a walk that changes the tone of an afternoon.
- A private lake, with an inflatable paddleboard and canoe on request.
- Grounds, an orchard, a terrace and a swimming pool for the informal hours, which are often where a team actually loosens up.
- 305 m² of indoor space for when the weather turns — a 60 m² meeting room, a 140 m² flexible room, a sitting room with an open fire, a dining room.
- The whole estate privately. Nobody else on site, so the team can be loud, play, and not be observed.
No activity imposed — and why that matters
Team building goes wrong when the activity is chosen by the venue rather than by the person who knows the team. You know whether your group needs a cooking workshop, a long walk, a hard conversation in a circle, or simply an evening with nothing planned. We provide the place and stay out of the programme.
If you would like help, we can introduce you to people locally — a facilitator, a coach, a hiking guide in the Sidobre, a wine tasting at Gaillac. We don’t resell them and we take no commission: facilitation is a profession of its own, and your team deserves better than a standard package.
Cooking together, if that is your thing
The kitchen is professional and fully equipped, which makes it a usable team activity rather than a token one: a group can genuinely cook a dinner in it. Or bring a chef who runs a workshop and then serves the result. Either way, catering is yours to arrange — no board is imposed and we take no commission.
Staying the night
18 beds in 8 bedrooms, all with their own shower room. On team building, the evening is usually where the day’s work settles — which is why teams that start with a day out often come back for a residential one. Up to 33 people with Le Verger de l’Espargne, our second house 3 km away.
Options, on request
These are options: tell us at the time of booking which ones you would like and we will price them in your quote.
- A caterer or private chef — yours, or one of our local contacts.
- Inflatable paddleboard and canoe on the private lake.
- The rooms configured before you arrive: circle, islands, theatre, U-shape.
- Projector and screen.
- An arrival basket: the shopping for the first meal done before the team gets here.
- Transfers from Castres station or Toulouse-Blagnac airport.
- An introduction to a facilitator, a coach, a hiking guide or a wine tasting.
- Quotation, hire agreement and company invoicing.
