Le Domaine de La Planésié is a place for gatherings in open countryside — weddings above all, but also family celebrations, anniversaries and company events. It sits in the heart of the Tarn, within easy reach of Castres, Albi, Toulouse, Carcassonne, Gaillac and Castelnaudary. You hire the estate whole, and it is yours alone for the occasion.

A place with room to breathe

The estate has a 120 m² reception room on the ground floor, with a second, light-filled 100 m² room adjoining it.

Together they take up to 150 guests — enough for a full wedding, and flexible enough for a smaller gathering not to feel lost in it.

Countryside, kept as it is

Outside there are large grounds with garden furniture, a swimming pool, a shaded arbour, games areas and a pétanque court.

Beyond them, 22 hectares of private woodland lead to a private lake — which is where the photographs tend to happen, and where guests drift off to between the courses.

Catering is entirely your choice: a caterer, a food truck, a private chef, or any arrangement you prefer. Nothing is imposed, we take no commission, and the professional kitchen is at your supplier’s disposal.

Reception rates

Two formats, both with exclusive use of the whole estate: accommodation included (8 bedrooms, 18 beds), the 120 m² reception room and the 100 m² light-filled adjoining room, grounds, pool, private woodland and lake. End-of-stay cleaning included.

  Mid season (May–June, September to early November): €2,800 · Low season: €2,200
• Reception stay — 4 nights, from €3,000
  Mid season: €4,000 · Low season: €3,000
• High season (July–August) and Christmas/New Year: please ask

These rates include the tourist tax, all utilities (heating, firewood, electricity, water) and end-of-stay cleaning. A security deposit of €1,500 is handed over on arrival for any format including a reception, and returned after the check-out inspection. A public liability insurance certificate is required from the organiser. Receptions are held in the reception room and the outdoor spaces. Free choice of caterer, with the professional kitchen at their disposal.
