Corporate offsites & team retreats

A private 30-hectare estate in the Tarn, 15 minutes from Castres and 1 hour from Toulouse, which your company hires whole. Never two groups at once: no other offsite in the room next door, no hotel guests at breakfast, nobody walking through during a wrap-up session.

What you are hiring

• 305 m² of indoor space: a 60 m² meeting room, a 140 m² flexible room, a 55 m² sitting room with an open fire, a 50 m² dining room.
• 18 beds in 8 bedrooms, each with its own shower room. Up to 33 with our second house 3 km away.
• A professional kitchen: your caterer or private chef works on site, nothing is imposed on you, and we take no commission.
• 30 hectares, of which 22 are woodland with paths, plus a private lake, grounds and a swimming pool.
• Wi-Fi, flipchart, free parking, heating and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Our formats

• Away day — no overnight stay, 8 am to 6 pm. The entry format, at €800.
• Corporate seminar near Castres — for companies in the Castres area, fifteen minutes away.
• Nature team building — 30 hectares, and no activity imposed on you.
• All our rates — the full grid, published. None of the twelve seminar venues in the Tarn does that.

Options, on request

These are options: tell us at the time of booking which ones you would like and we will price them in your quote.

• A caterer or private chef — yours, or one of our local contacts. No board imposed, no commission taken by us.
• The rooms configured before you arrive: U-shape, islands, theatre, circle.
• Projector and screen.
• An arrival basket: the shopping for the first meal done before the team gets here.
• Transfers from Castres station or Toulouse-Blagnac airport.
• Arrival the evening before on the formats without an overnight stay.
• Capacity extended to 33 people with Le Verger de l’Espargne, 3 km away.
• Quotation, hire agreement and company invoicing.
• An introduction to a facilitator, a coach, a hiking guide in the Sidobre or a wine tasting at Gaillac.
