Le Domaine de La Planésié welcomes you to a farmhouse with real character — an old working farm, preserved and recently restored in its original spirit. With 8 bedrooms and 18 beds, this 260 m² house (plus a 140 m² games and music room) sits at the centre of 30 hectares of open countryside. It looks out over large grounds with a shaded rest area, a swimming pool and an orchard where you can pick fruit in season, and beyond them 22 hectares of woodland with a private lake, where it is not unusual to come across roe deer.

The living spaces
- A 55 m² sitting room with an open fire, sofas (one of them a sofa bed, 120 cm), a coffee table, television, Wi-Fi and a first dining table.
- A new 25 m² kitchen with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, two fridges and two freezers.
- A 50 m² dining room with storage, a long table for meals together, and a wood-burning insert.
- A utility room with a second fridge, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The bedrooms
- 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom (shower or bath), each with a 160 cm double bed.
- 2 bedrooms with their own shower room, each with a 160 cm double bed and a 90 cm single.
- 1 bedroom (room 8, converted from the old laundry) with its own shower room and a 140 cm double bed.
- 2 dormitory rooms with two 90 cm singles each, plus a dormitory anteroom with a 120 cm sofa bed.
That makes 9 sleeping spaces in the house, 7 bathrooms and 7 separate WCs. The beds comprise five 160 cm doubles, one 140 cm double and six 90 cm singles — all new, good-quality mattresses — plus two sofa beds. 18 beds in total.
The games room
A 140 m² games and music room with table tennis, a pool table, table football, an upright piano, a drum kit and a guitar. Please note: this room is not heated in winter.
Outside
A 10 × 5 m swimming pool, with an automatically retracting safety cover.
Outdoor games areas: football, table tennis, volleyball and pétanque.
Grounds and an orchard with a dining and resting area (hammocks), where you can pick the fruit in season.
22 hectares of woodland with a private lake, where you can take the rowing boat out and fish. Inflatable paddleboard and canoe available on request.

- Given the quality of the materials and the furniture, pets are not allowed inside the house.
- The pool has an electric cover. It is the guests’ responsibility to close it after swimming.
- Activities on or near the lake are undertaken at the guests’ own responsibility. Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- Use of the games and sports equipment is at the guests’ own responsibility.
- Receptions are held in the reception room and the outdoor spaces.
